We’re entering the final phase of our regional database upgrades and will be updating the North America-based database shortly. This downtime only impacts organizations with instances hosted on Zipline’s North America-based database.

We’re performing this update during a window when we see the lowest volume of activity in Zipline to minimize impact and interruptions. As such, we have planned downtime on Wednesday, September 17, at 11:00pm PT / Thursday, September 18, at 6:00am UTC. This window may take up to one hour, and Zipline will be unavailable during this time.

During this window, API integration calls will receive a 503 Service Unavailable response. As a result, impacted organizations may need to resend calls after this period.

We recommend forwarding this internally to any business partners/IT stakeholders who would benefit from this notice, as well as communicating the planned downtime window to users
