We are upgrading our database. We have planned downtime to perform this upgrade on Wednesday, September 6, at 10:00pm PDT / Thursday, September 7, at 5:00am UTC. This window may take up to one hour. The Zipline web and mobile interfaces will not be available during this time and requests sent to the GraphQL API will receive a non-success response. Integration requests will respond with success but won’t apply to the Zipline platform until the maintenance concludes.

We recommend forwarding this internally to any business partners/IT stakeholders who’d benefit from this notice, as well as communicating the planned downtime window to your frontline teams.
