We will be performing routine maintenance on Wednesday, August 17 at 10:00pm PT / Thursday, August 18 at 1:00am ET. At that time, Zipline will be unavailable. We anticipate that this window may take up to an hour.

During the maintenance window:
* Users may be signed out of their session and may need to sign back in once the maintenance period is over.
* Any emails scheduled to go out will be held until the system is back up, and then will be delivered as expected.
* API integration calls made will receive a maintenance response and will need to be resent after this period.

We know Zipline is important to your day and do everything we can to ensure it's available when you need it. We regularly update our systems without downtime, but some changes require the rare occasion to hit the pause button so we can make improvements safely without putting your data at risk.

We recommend forwarding this internally to any business partners who’d benefit from this notice, as well as communicating the planned maintenance window to your field teams.
