We are upgrading the portion of our database used to connect third-party integrations with Zipline (e.g., Medallia, Docebo, or others). We have planned downtime to perform this upgrade on Tuesday, August 8, at 10:00pm PDT / Wednesday, August 9, at 5:00am UTC. This window may take up to one hour, and any integrations connected with Zipline will be unavailable during that time.
During this window, API integration calls will receive a maintenance response. As a result, impacted organizations may need to resend calls after this period.
